To secure a booking a prepayment of 25% from the total amount of the reservation is required. The minimum prepayment for very short stays, is the price of one overnight. Cancellations made beyond 22 days will qualify for a full refund of the prepayment. For any cancellation made 21 or less days before the arrival date, the prepayment is not returned. For early departures, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
